Brokers locate a third party willing to purchase your inventory and take a margin for arranging it, which means delays, contingent offers, and prices that can move after you have committed. We buy the full range of surplus bearing product: ball bearings, tapered roller, spherical roller, cylindrical roller, needle roller, thrust bearings, mounted units, pillow blocks, flange units, take-up units, cam followers, and rod ends. Sizes run from miniature precision bearings through large-bore industrial assemblies. Conditions accepted include new in box, new without box, shell variance, reconditioned, and graded used.

We do not require a minimum lot size, and we do not cherry-pick the desirable part numbers and leave you holding the remainder, which is a common complaint about other buyers.
Our valuation looks at brand, part number, size, condition, and current secondary-market demand. Because we resell into industrial channels rather than retail, we can pay for obsolete and superseded numbers that other buyers reject. We show you how the offer was built rather than presenting a single unexplained figure, so you can judge whether it is fair.
Logistics are ours to handle. We pay for freight and pickup nationwide, supply pallets and packing assistance for larger inventories, and coordinate with plant scheduling, dock access, and safety requirements. For very large or complex inventories we will visit the site and complete the evaluation in person at no cost to you.

How much are my surplus bearings worth?
Value depends on brand, part number, bore size, and condition. Premium brands such as SKF, Timken, FAG, NTN, and NSK carry the strongest secondary demand, and larger bores are generally worth more per unit. New-in-box condition prices highest, followed by new-without-box and shell variance, then graded used. Send part numbers and quantities and we will return a specific cash figure within 24 hours at no cost.
Do you pay for shipping and pickup?
Yes. We cover freight and pickup nationwide, and we supply pallets, crating, and rigging where needed. Bearings are dense and heavy, so freight can otherwise consume a large share of the sale value. Because it is on us, the number we quote is the number you keep.
Will you buy bearings without original boxes?
Yes. Bearings removed from original packaging but never installed are called shell variance, and they remain unused with full service life. Missing packaging reduces value modestly rather than eliminating it. Many sellers are quoted scrap prices on this material elsewhere; we buy it at real market value.
What is the minimum quantity you will buy?
There is no formal minimum. We buy single pallets through full warehouse liquidations. For very small quantities we may consolidate pickup with other freight in your area, which can add a few days to scheduling but does not change your offer.
How fast is payment?
Most transactions close within three to five business days from first contact. You receive a firm cash offer within 24 hours of submitting details, freight is scheduled on acceptance, and payment is issued immediately upon verification against the agreed inventory list.
